Area Manager - Inizio Engage : Job Details

We are looking for an Area Manager to lead a team of field-based Ophthalmology Account Leads for a leading biotechnology company. The ideal candidate will have management experience in the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology or Healthcare Industry and a background in Ophthalmology and Specialty Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and drive district strategy to achieve business goals
• Coach and counsel field representatives to enhance their skills and product knowledge
• Monitor data analytics to optimize resources and maximize impact
• Ensure call plan adherence and goal attainment in the given geography
• Set a positive tone and high standard for the district team
• Assess competitive threats and take appropriate action
• Collaborate with leadership and share best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 5 years of management experience in the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology or Healthcare Industry
• Experience in Ophthalmology and Specialty Sales
• Ability to travel overnight
