As an Area Manager, you'll provide operational leadership across multiple SNF rehabilitation departments, ensuring high-quality patient care and driving success. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on challenges and is eager to make a meaningful impact.*What You'll Do:** Lead and manage the operations of SNF locations within your designated area.* Oversee program development, compliance, and performance improvement initiatives to ensure superior outcomes.* Collaborate with facility leadership to enhance therapy services and patient satisfaction.* Develop and manage staffing plans, budgets, and departmental productivity metrics.* Identify and pursue new contract opportunities to expand the organization's footprint.* Provide direct patient care as needed within your discipline's scope to support clinical operations.*Who You Are:** *Education: *Degree in Occupational Therapy (OT), Physical Therapy (PT), or Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) (Bachelor's degree or Doctorate required).* *Experience:* 5+ years of therapy experience, including management in multi-discipline settings; preference for multi-facility leadership experience.* *Licensure:* Active state licensure and a valid driver's license.* *Skills:* Strong leadership, communication, and time-management abilities.
