Job Opportunity: Area Manager - West Coast (California Preferred)

We are seeking an Area Manager to oversee our West Coast locations in San Francisco, Santa Monica, and Las Vegas. This role will be instrumental in driving the success and growth of our operations. The Area Manager will report directly to the Director of Operations and will be responsible for managing the performance of multiple restaurant locations.

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per yearStart Date: ASAPTraining: Initial training will be split between Seattle and NYC/Boston

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure operational excellence across all locations, maintaining high standards of food quality, hospitality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
  • Foster a performance-based environment, promoting trust and commitment among team members.
  • Lead recruitment, training, and development of General Managers and Assistant General Managers.
  • Implement rigorous quality assurance standards, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
  • Drive sales growth, analyze financial reports, and manage P&Ls to optimize profitability.
  • Engage in strategic planning with the Director of Operations to enhance operations, including new store openings and marketing initiatives.
  • Requirements:

  • 2+ years of multi-unit management experience in a full-service restaurant environment.
  • Proven track record in leadership and team development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with restaurant management software.
  • Willingness to travel as needed and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
