Area Sales Manager Location: New York Job Description The Area Sales Manager is responsible for the development of both turn-over and visibility of 3 different brands
Metaphores, home furnishing textiles (3 Brands: Vrel de Belval, Mtaphores and Le Crin)
- Bucol (Fashion Textile)
- Compagnie des Cuirs Prcieux (Precious Leather) on the US market.
He/ She demonstrates strong capabilities to lead and grow the business in various fields such as high-end apparel, home furnishing or precious leather skins.
Business leader, the Area Sales Manager interacts effectively across the organizations at all level.
He/ She reinforces established relationships with upscale and existing clients and opens and secures new key accounts.
In the textile furnishing business, He/ She efficiently negotiates with our agents to maximize our visibility, revenues and profits through the territory.
Activities
Development of the sales strategy and action plans linked to the global strategy defined for all external markets
Definition and control of budgets by season and client
Textile Collections Presentations
Daily management of agents and salespeople on the US (Training of show-rooms managers)
Merchandising Tools development
Participation to international events (Paris-Dco-Off, Salon du Cuir, Salon de Milan, Premire Vision)
Weekly detailed reporting of business activity (Turn-over, Product performance, Show rooms profitability, prospection plan)
Job Requirements Achievement criteria:
Language: English and French ( mandatory ) : fluent
Evolution of both turn-over and visibility of brands on the USA territory
Effective order management
Achievement of quantitative and qualitative objectives defined by activity
Travel up to 30%
