NJ Teacher of the Handicapped OR Teacher of Students with Disabilities and Elementary Education certification required. 2. Demonstrated knowledge of effective teaching methods and developmentally appropriate classroom activities. 3. Teaching experience with special needs students preferred. 4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 5.
