Art Director- Beauty Brand - Fourth FLOOR : Job Details

Our client, a leading NYC based Purpose Driven Clean Beauty Brand, is seeking an innovative, creative Art Director with strong social media design experience to join their growing team.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for building and maintaining brand social experience
• Develop creative strategy for organic and paid social from concept to execution across all platforms
• Strong understanding of social landscape, data, analytics, trends and social best practices within beauty
• Actively communicate with cross-functional partners to understand the strategy and deliverables, and articulate thinking behind the aesthetic and design decisions
• Develop visual standards including art direction, tone of voice, graphics, typography, video, curated UGC, commissioned and organic content

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience.
• BA or BFA preferred in Graphic Design or Communication Design
• Passion for social creative, art direction, photography, video and design.
• Beauty/Cosmetics Experience

$110k-$125k + bonus commensurate with experience
