Job Description :

Our client, a telehealth provider, is looking for an Art Director/Designer to join their internal creative department in supporting their paid social campaign initiatives. You must have a strong background in developing paid social campaigns alongside broader digital experiences.

  • Remote, Any time zone
  • Rate: $35hr-40hr
  • Ongoing freelance 30-40hrs weekly

Responsibilities:

  • Craft visually compelling ads and content tailored for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter, with a focus on performance and engagement.
  • Work closely with a copywriter partner, so strong collaboration and communication skills are essential.
  • Ideate visual concepts that can drive entire campaigns or brand messaging, not just individual pieces of content.
  • Design for other digital formats such as display ads, landing pages, and email marketing, ensuring cohesive branding across all digital touchpoints.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience designing and/or art directing in creative environment.
  • Agency experience a huge plus!
  • Portfolio samples that showcase specific paid social expertise.
  • Must have prior healthcare/wellness brand experience.
  • Have a point of view and have confidence to speak up in brainstorming sessions.
  • Highly adaptable and work in ambiguity.
