A well-known media organization is seeking an innovative and resourceful Senior Art Director with a strong emphasis on brand development to lead the creative direction and design execution for marketing initiatives across multiple brands in our diverse audio technology portfolio. This role will be instrumental in shaping, evolving, and elevating the visual identities of our SaaS brands while ensuring consistency across a variety of cross-channel marketing initiatives, with a particular emphasis on digital, social media and event marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, refine, and implement brand guidelines that maintain visual consistency across all platforms, with a focus on digital experiences, social media, and event marketing materials.
- Lead the design direction for visual assets and brand initiatives across multiple brands, including brand refreshes, website redesigns, social media campaigns, event marketing materials, product launches, and marketing templates.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create consistent, high-impact marketing materials that elevate brand positioning and drive engagement with B2B audiences, including podcasting, advertising, and creator markets.
- Direct, create, and approve design materials to ensure the highest standards of quality, brand integrity, and innovation.
- Work closely with stakeholders, including marketing and leadership teams, to ensure creative outputs align with strategic marketing objectives, including event campaigns
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and freelancers to execute high-quality brand campaigns across digital, social, and event channels.
- Present creative concepts and visual strategies to internal teams and leadership, clearly articulating ideas and rationale.
- Lead the creative development of event marketing content, including event collateral, driving brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation within business-to-business markets.
- Manage multiple projects from concept to execution, ensuring deliverables are on time and within budget, including design for major events like conferences, trade shows, and industry gatherings.
- Develop assets for various channels including digital design, social media, email marketing, landing pages, motion branding, experiential design, and event collateral
- Continuously monitor and evaluate new design trends, B2B marketing tactics, and social media innovations to ensure event experiences are engaging and aligned with brand identity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in art direction or brand design, with proven experience in digital marketing, social media, and event design.
- Proven ability to build and evolve modern, flexible brand identities with a strong emphasis on solid typographic principles, color theory, and grid systems, particularly in B2B spaces.
- Strong portfolio showcasing Brand creation and implementation, B2B marketing campaigns, social media content, and event materials.
- Expertise in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, with an understanding of event design trends.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to adapt to feedback, meet tight deadlines, and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
