We will always be active and involved members of the communities we serve, and we will always work to put the needs of our customers and associates first as we continue to fulfill our mission - People helping people find financial solutions for life.Job Title: AWM Product ManagerUnder limited direction, the AWM Product Manager will have primary responsibility for AWM's development, training, implementation, compliance and maintenance of a competitive and sound product line of investment, insurance, and trust products. The incumbent maintains consistent communication and collaboration with leadership and associates to understand both proposed and existing products and develop recommendations for addition or removal from the AWM product line. The incumbent will develop and maintain productive working relationships to facilitate an environment that encourages input and will be responsible for leveraging and managing all 3rd party product, services and platform vendors that can provide support resources. What You'll Do at Arvest: (Other duties may be assigned.) Coordinate with all 3rd party vendors and platforms to implement and leverage support resources for sales, training, communication and compliance. Analyze, monitor, and make recommendations of the product shelf and serve as the AWM product shelf gatekeeper, ambassador, and subject matter expert. Execute, develop, and communicate a creative vision for the product shelf and how that product shelf fits into the AWM wealth management structure. Conduct market research, analyze and propose new product ideas in conjunction with the AWM Product Committee to determine what investment, insurance and trust products will be offered by AWM. Coordinate and collaborate with various AWM areas to prepare for new product rollout. This will include due diligence, compliance, operations, product portal, training, and other areas as needed depending on product category and type. Serve as chair for AWM Product Committee meetings which includes preparing and delivering presentations, bringing meaningful issues to discuss, distributing informative data in advance for sound decision making, ensuring professionalism, and thorough meeting documentation. Investigate and evaluate financial viability of product partners and potential product partners to protect AWM, customers and Arvest. Recommend and provide insight to customer facing advisors on an ongoing and proactive basis with respect to product positioning and communication strategies. Prepare, review, modify, and complete the agreements needed for adding a new product or product partner to the AWM wealth management structure. Coordinate with and provide valuable input and guidance to AWM Regional Managers and the AWM Training Director to coordinate product trainings. Select which firm will perform ongoing due diligence of products and product vendors depending on product category. Establish strong working relationships with product vendors and serve as their primary point of contact for correspondence and issue resolution. Understand resources available to AWM that are critical to success. Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties. This includes but is not limited to; complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls; report any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations and report any suspicious customer and/or account activity.Responsibilities:Toolbox for Success: Bachelor's degree in business or related field (preferably finance, accounting, or economics), or equivalent work experience required. 7 years of experience in selling, managing, monitoring, or training of investment and insurance products required. Series 7, Series 63 & 65 (or Series 66) licenses are required. Life & Annuity Insurance license required. Experience in equity, fixed income, annuity, REIT, or other investment and insurance products required. Experience in the design, development, and delivery of investment and insurance product training programs preferred. Relevant military experience is considered for veterans and transitioning service members.Physical Demands:Regular attendance is an essential function of the job. The associate must be able to travel occasionally by themselves within the US, possibly overnight.
