ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Welcomes guest, provides exceptional customer service, encourages guest to enroll in our new card sign up program and create brand loyalty.
• Follows all relevant policies and procedures, keep confidentiality of VIP information
• Ability to communicate with other departments both on property and within all Caesars entertainment, also with vendors/partners.
• Be familiar and help with Horseshoe promotions and events.
• Showcase exemplary usage of RTCM- system used for greeting guests and maintaining high visibility on the casino floor.
• Promote in Casino events both on and off property.
• Makes sound complimentary decisions based on customer's play
• Meet and greet guests and keep the highest levels of courtesy, friendliness, and hospitable attitude throughout interactions
• Attempts to develop guest play levels to the level of being assigned an Executive Host
• Assist Casino Marketing daily operation duties as assigned by Casino Marketing leadership.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• College degree preferred
• Must be at least 21
• Minimum of two (2) years of sales experience
• Must have the ability to resolve stressful situations
• Must have exceptional guest service skills
• Bi-lingual in English and Chinese/Cantonese preferred
• Must have excellent interpersonal, communication, team-building and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to work extended hours during special events, including limited overnight travel
• Must have the ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays
• Must be willing to adhere to all Indiana gaming regulations and guideline
