Asphalt Plant Operator - Colas : Job Details

The Plant Operators responsibility is to operate the asphalt plant to produce asphalt that meets quality standards Safety Participating actively in company safety programs, including safety huddles, one-on-one safety conversations, and reporting of close calls Promoting safe work practices and excellent safety culture Reporting any safety issues or incidents immediately Participating in any safety incident investigate Following all safety policies and procedures, including LOTOTO, Motor Vehicle Policy, Drug & Alcohol Policy, etc. Wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for all tasks assigned. Working with Plant Manager and Plant Superintendent to continuously improve our safety practices.
