Asphalt Roller Operator - Madden Industrial Craftsman : Job Details

Madden Industrial is seeking an Asphalt Roller Operator for our client in Vancouver, WA. The successful candidate will have experience working on an asphalt crew and operating a roller. Asphalt Roller Operator Shift: M-F 6am-5pm (10 hours days in peak season) Asphalt Roller Operator Pay: $27-34.25/hr DOE Asphalt Roller Operator Responsibilities:

• Safely operate asphalt roller machine
• Safely operate other light and heavy equipment such as a backhoe, and bob cat
• Set, control and watch machine for proper compaction
• Oversee the loading and transportation of needed materials and or equipment
• Follow safety procedures

Asphalt Screed Operator Qualifications:

• 18+ years
• 2+ year experience operating an roller
• 2+ years of heavy equipment operation
• Mechanical aptitude for preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery
• Valid drivers license highly preferred
• Class A CDL highly preferred
• Complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check
