**We're Hiring for Assembly Positions!**

**Location:** Grand Rapids Metro Area (Plainfield)

**Pay:** $16/hour for 1st Shift

**Schedule:**

+ **1st Shift:** 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM (Monday-Thursday)

+ Overtime (OT) on Fridays when needed.

**What You'll Do**

+ Put together parts to build different sections of car seats.

+ Move, handle, and position materials and parts.

+ Sort and organize parts based on differences or changes.

+ Check seats for damage, defects, or repairs needed.

+ Pay attention to details and follow directions.

+ Help with other tasks as assigned by your manager.

**What We Need from You**

+ **Attendance matters!** Good attendance is required to stay eligible for future opportunities.

+ Be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs.

+ Follow **safety rules and dress code** (see below).

**Safety Rules and Dress Code**

+ Steel Toe Boots/Shoes

+ No loose clothes, jewelry, or strings.

+ Long hair must be tied back.

+ Wear closed-toe shoes (no sandals or high heels).

+ No sleeveless shirts, leggings, or shorts that are too short.

+ Wear safe, neat clothing to avoid damage to car seats.

**Pay Details:** $16.00 per hour
