• Perform assembly functions in accordance with Quality Control Procedures to ensure the output will meet Quality Control and customer standards.
• Works with Manufacturing Engineering/Supervisors to identify solutions and supports the implementation of solutions.
• Helps identify problems with assemblies, generates Non-Conforming Material Reports to document issues.
• Accurately reports all labor transactions and provides daily/weekly status of projects within work group.
• Supports ISO 9001:2008 internal audits, as well as ISO 9001:2008 re-certification preparation / audits.
• Assemble, test and box product from all product lines made inside the plant.
• Utilize designated programs and fixtures for testing and validating functionality of products.
• Ability to work in a fast past environment while maintaining attention to detail with minimum supervision within a defined task-scope.

Desired Characteristics

• Ability and willingness to work overtime, weekends and holidays, as required.
• Ability and willingness to work in a constant pushing, pulling, lifting, stretching, bending and other physical activities.
• Ability and willingness to be in the shop environment a minimum of 8 hours per day, primarily standing and sitting, as required.
• Ability and willingness to lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Experience with basic hand and power tools.
• Attention to detail.
• Knowledge of ESD procedures

Qualifications/Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
