The Visual Inspector is responsible for visually inspecting and assembling small, machined components. The use of various tooling is required to remove loose or fixed burrs, cleaning of sharp edges, and polishing and blending machined surfaces of the medical device(s). The job requires the individual to be a team player with the ability to function well in a challenging and fast paced environment. Essential Functions:Visually inspects of machined components using stereomicroscope. Measures and inspects medical device products in accordance with manufacturing specifications. Assembles sub-components into finished assemblies following established procedures. Utilizes hand tools including but not limited to deburring knives, files, and pneumatic tools to remove burrs and assemble parts.
