We are one of the largest companies in our space, with 8 manufacturing facilities, 5 sales and operations offices and over 1,000 employees in the US and Canada.Benefits:11 paid holidaysPaid Time OffComprehensive health, dental and vision benefits401K MatchingPaid trainingGreat company cultureEssential Functions:Ability to read and interpret blueprints, assembly prints.Assemble and install electrical, LED and other signage components.Operate machines or use hand tools and power tools to secure parts in place.Install finished assemblies or sub-assemblies.Assemble and attach functional and cosmetic hardware to assemblies using hand tools, power tools, and wrenches.Perform and monitor functional tests, following procedures and design requirements.Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times.Other duties as required.Qualifications:Previous experience in Manufacturing preferredPrevious experience with electrical assembly preferred.Read, write and speak English.Prior assembly experience preferredPrior experience using hand and power toolsMust have knowledge of using a measuring tapeAbility to read and interpret blueprints, assembly printsMust have basic mathematic skillsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredPhysical Demands:May be required to stand for 80 % of the working schedule.Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds.May also engage in frequent bending, stooping, squatting, pushing and pulling of parts and part containers.
