**Job Title: Assembler/General Production Worker**
**Job Description**
Perform repetitive line assembly operations to mass produce products such as Hinges and door frames and sub-assemblies using hand tools and air powered tools. Place parts in specified relationships with one another, using bolts, clips, and screws for fastening. Monitor machines to perform force hitting or fastening operations on the assembly line. Work at different stations as production needs require, adapting to tasks that vary as different products move down the line. Employees will be required to perform their process every 15 seconds throughout the course of a 10-hour shift.

This is a fully on-site position in Montgomery, Alabama.
**Work Environment**
The plant consists of close to 200 team members and is a non climate-controlled. However, temperatures may be hotter inside during the summer and cooler during the winter.
