Here, you'll have the opportunity to work with industry leaders in Aerospace & Defense, Medical & Life Science, and Industrial markets where our customers put full trust in us to deliver the most complex, highly regulated products that have to work the first time, every time.As an Electronics Assembler, this role is responsible to assemble, disassemble, and repair electronic assemblies in a flexible manufacturing environment in accordance with standardized processes, procedures or methods. This position may require frequent movement throughout the manufacturing operation.What a Day Looks Like:

• Perform production assembly operations (electro-mechanical and/or soldering).
• Perform test operations.
• May perform inspection tasks.
• Build electronic units which may include prototypes.
• Perform calibration and adjustment of assemblies in accordance with specific instructions.
• Initiate and maintain accurate paperwork and records as required by job.
• Responsible for daily clean-up of all assigned work areas.
• May operate various machines and equipment associated with the product line, including the use of various hand tools.
• Interact with the computer to enter/extract data and follow assembly processes
• All other duties as assigned.
• MUST BE ABLE TO FLEX TO OTHER OPERATOR JOBS

Safety: Ensure that all assignments are performed in compliance with all applicable Federal, State, Provincial and Company safety and health regulations, and where applicable, proper personal protective equipment is utilized.Pay is $17.47/hour plus $0.50/hour for 2nd shift with benefits. 2nd Shift hours: Monday-Friday 3pm-11pm (Saturday OT as needed) RequirementsMinimum Requirements:

• High school graduate or GED equivalent Required.
• Ability to read and comprehend written work instructions.
• Ability to add and subtract whole numbers, fractions, and decimals using direct reading, gauges, rulers and scales.
• Must be quality conscious and possess the ability to meet production and quality standards.
• Ability to solve practical problems and/or interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
• Successful passing of a background check
