Assembler I - Sunless : Job Details

Summary: The Assembly role will assist with assembly and quality testing for unit builds. This role will adhere to standard operating procedures that uphold good manufacturing practices. Essential Functions:

• Maintain current knowledge of company's equipment.
• Assembly and quality testing for unit builds and sub-assemblies.
• Assist with packing and shipment of spare parts as needed.
• Work cross departmentally to ensure customers are receiving accurate information regarding their equipment.
• Other job responsibilities as assigned.

Skills/Characteristics Needed for Success:

• Technical or mechanical background preferred
• Knowledge and experience using power tools and hand tools
• Ability to work in a team and fast paced environment
• Strong technical skills
• Competency in problem solving
• High School diploma or GED required

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to position self to bend, twist, stoop, reach, kneel, and remain stationary for the duration of the shift depending on assigned duties.
• Must have the ability to move 50 pounds.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Prior tow motor experience preferred, but eventually achieve on-site tow motor certification.
