Position Summary: To use a variety of hand and power tools, fixtures, work instructions and test equipment to perform a series of operations to correctly assemble/test mechanical and electrical devices. Principle Duties (includes, but is not limited to): Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes and procedures. Report problems with quality, processes, equipment and materials to Manufacturing Engineer. Use tools to make or repair parts and products Work with other members of the line or group in order to assemble products Meet all safety requirements of the company and industry. Identify any defective items and handle them according to established procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions. Essential Qualifications / Experience: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to lift parts weighing up to 25 lbs. without assistance. Familiar with use of computers Attention to detail. Must have a basic reading/writing ability to read and interpret work orders and instructions. Willing to perform repetitive tasks while sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour EOE/Women/Minorities/Veterans/Disabled
