Assembler I - Parker Hannifin : Job Details

Responsibilities Assemble according to plans, blueprints and drawings of all valves. Assembler must continuously inspect while building. Use hand tools, gages, inspects, drills, arbor press, and some power torque instruments. Occasionally work with engineering and/or sales on prototype assembly. Required to train others as needed.Assist tester in troubleshooting. Repair various parts and sub-assemblies. Repairs customer returns. Bag and label finished assemblies and transport to ship area.Maintain proper records. Valves requiring multiple assemblies must be planned in advance. Occasionally use pick list, schematics, CRT and blueprints to assemble multicomplex valves. Some electrical assembly may be required. May be required to make the rods, air test, flat sand and solder.Area and product should be maintained and cleaned at all times.
