Perform manual assembly of complex fiber, membrane, and polycarbonate components.?Responsible for packaging products, assembly of kits, assemble and package product according to the Bill of Materials and Operations Sequence per Work Instructions. Capable of operating small hand and power tools to assemble products. Identifies quality problems and follows reporting procedures. - Ability to read and follow work instructions and specifications as stated in Lot History Record for the assembly and verification of Sub-Assemblies and or Final Assemblies. Ability to read simple schematic and isometric drawings/diagrams and be able to follow the assembly drawings according to job specifications. Responsible for being the primary trainer of assembler 1 and ensuring training effectiveness. Perform verifications and documentation review of work orders to ensure adherence to Good Documentation Practices.
