Assembler II Set Up & Operate - Parker Hannifin : Job Details

Position Summary Set up and operate the automated and manual bending equipment.Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the assembly cell equipment
  • Automated Bending
  • Manual Bending
  • Crimpers
  • Flare Machine
  • Packing
• Must be capable of conducting and evaluating destructive testing along with visual checks so necessary adjustments to the set-up can be made to produce quality parts
• Be able to identify, analyze, and evaluate machine and material issues
• Able to make minor adjustments and repairs to equipment and machines when necessary, including effectively trouble shooting equipment issues
• Work safely in accordance with regulations, standards, and procedures in a manner that eliminates risk to health and the environment.

Qualifications

• Prior machine set-up experience preferred
• Good math and reading skills
• Basic computer skills
• Be able to use a variety of precision measuring instruments, including bevel protractor, micrometers, calipers and scales
• Be able to read and interpret blueprints
