Assembler III - Spectrum Control : Job Details

Come join a workforce where we put you first!JOB SUMMARY: An Assembler III interprets assembly procedures, assembly drawings, mechanical drawings and part lists to assemble products adhering to Best Manufacturing Practices.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Use basic electronic measurement devices, typical manufacturing tools, assembly fixtures and hand tools
• Build and test basic products to specifications while meeting established quality guidelines
• Use tools and fixtures to prevent damage/scrap of parts and production down time
• Complete assigned jobs per established budget
• Wire bond and solder
• Work across multiple product lines if needed
• Follow verbal and written instructions from documented specification drawings and established procedures

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: Associate degree
• Experience Years: 3-5 years
• Experience Type: Intermediate electro-mechanical assembly
• OR Equivalent combination of education and experience

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Manual dexterity
• Able to train other employees

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Manufacturing Floor Based

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Able to sit at workstation/microscope 8+ hours per day
