Assembler_ITX - The AZEK Company : Job Details

The hours for this position are Monday through Friday 6AM to 2:30PM. The hourly range is $18 to $19 an hour.Key Responsibilities:

• Assembly Operations:
  • Perform basic assembly tasks such as fastening, gluing, or cutting components.
  • Use hand tools and small power tools to assemble millwork products.
  • Follow written and verbal instructions, including work orders and diagrams, to complete assigned tasks.
• Quality Control:
  • Check components and finished products for defects or inconsistencies.
  • Notify supervisors of any quality issues or assembly challenges.
• Safety and Maintenance:
  • Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to minimize hazards.
• Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments to resolve assembly issues.

Education and Experience:

• • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No prior assembly experience necessary; training will be provided.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, or related fields is a plus.

Skills:

• • Ability to follow instructions and work within a structured process.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to read and write in English

Physical Requirements:

• • Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
