The hours for this position are Monday through Friday 6AM to 2:30PM. The hourly range is $18 to $19 an hour.Key Responsibilities:
- Assembly Operations:
- Perform basic assembly tasks such as fastening, gluing, or cutting components.
- Use hand tools and small power tools to assemble millwork products.
- Follow written and verbal instructions, including work orders and diagrams, to complete assigned tasks.
- Quality Control:
- Check components and finished products for defects or inconsistencies.
- Notify supervisors of any quality issues or assembly challenges.
- Safety and Maintenance:
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to minimize hazards.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments to resolve assembly issues.
Education and Experience:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- No prior assembly experience necessary; training will be provided.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, or related fields is a plus.

Physical Requirements:
