Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned
- Verifiable production or manufacturing experience, preferably in a metal fabrication environment
- Able to perform duties that require repetitive motion • Skilled in the maintenance and use of basic hand and power tools
- Effective communicator (bilingual) English/Spanish required; ability to communicate with non-English speaking employees regarding safety, policies, and procedures
- Use power and mechanical tools to construct subassemblies, aligning, calibrating, and adjusting parts.
- Possess a strong mechanical aptitude • Familiar with reading drawings and following instructions
- High attention to detail
Physical Requirements: - Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50 pounds
- Frequently lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 pounds using mechanical equipment
- Ability to climb, stoop, kneel, reach, push, pull, grasp, and perform repetitive motions
- Regularly stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time
- Climb ladders of varying heights
- Due to the open environment of the warehouse, must be able to work in various weather and temperature conditions to include extreme heat, humidity and cold
- Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations
