The ideal candidate will have experience with IPC-620 standards. The position requires the ability to perform self-inspections, understand criteria for acceptable or defect recognition, and follow work instructions and drawings. Desired skills include mechanical and electrical experience on subassemblies, such as torque and cable routing ensure efficient productionMust have previous experience as an electro-mehcanical assembler utilizing IPC-620 standards.Required Skills, must be very clearly listed in work experience: * Experience with IPC-620 standards, including: * Crimping open and closed barrels * Coax (BNC's, Virginia or Mac Panel) * Soldering * Solder sleeves * Daisy chains * Solder splices * Able to perform self-inspections (understanding criteria - acceptable or defect recognition) * Able to follow work instructions and understand drawingsDesired Skills: * Mechanical and electrical experience on subassemblies * Torque (understanding how to set tool and use) * Cable routing (bend radius, service loops, dressing of wires)Benefits provided: 401K, medical, dental, and vision, sick time as applicable to state law
