$1500 Sign-On Bonus Summary of Position Responsible for supporting the manufacturing production through disassembly, prep and reassembly of firearms and firearms parts. Responsibilities

• Disassemble firearms using hand tools and sort the deconstructed components.
• Responsible for the installation of various parts such as hand guards, rear sights, pistol grip, mag catch and butt stock.
• Inspect, evaluate, and grade conditions of parts and firearms per company standard.
• Transport materials, supplies, and finished goods with care and caution.
• Utilize company ERP system to track product through the production line.
• Maintain sound working knowledge and application of firearm safety.
• Perform initial inspection of own work to ensure that few or no mistakes are made in the assembly of the product.
• Produces the required quantity of parts and/or product to meet established daily goals.
