  • Read and interpret assembly instructions and standard work to determine the correct sequence of operations.
  • Assemble product by following established procedures and guidelines.
  • Install components and parts, such as engines, pumps, hoses, handles, and nozzles, ensuring proper alignment and functionality.
  • Ensure product meets quality standards and performance specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues or defects, making necessary adjustments or repairs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve assembly processes and identify opportunities for efficiency and quality enhancements.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in mechanical assembly or a similar role.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting assembly instructions and standard work.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and dexterity with hand tools and power tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Knowledge of workplace safety practices and adherence to safety regulations.
