Job Title: Servo Motor Assembler

Right now they are working Monday - Thursday from 5am - 3pm or 6am - 4pm (4 10 hour shifts). They Will go back to 5 8 hour shifts after Labor Day.

Job Description

Assemble and test servo motors using hand and power tools. Follow manufacturing test procedures and implement continuous improvement ideas for the manufacturing process. Contractors will place parts in specified relationships to each other either as a sub-assembly or final assembly by soldering, clips, screws, or fastening all parts together by following blueprints or schematics. Rotates to different work stations as production needs require. May help pack products into individual boxes and cases and place on skids. Responsible for inspecting and gauging finished parts, making tooling adjustments, and handling and moving supplies and materials. Responsible for verifying outside labels and unit labels are the same for all packet parts. Cleans equipment and work areas by performing daily and weekly safety checks of equipment.

Hard Skills

• Electronic and/or mechanical assembly experience

• Reading schematics and mechanical drawings

• Machine tool operations

• Operation of production tooling and fixtures

• Soldering, hand brazing, or induction brazing
