Job Description :

We are searching for attentive assemblers for our manufacturing client in Rockford! Assemblers will perform routine and repetitive work to pick, wash and inspect machined and purchased parts, including fasteners and seals, to arrange them for detailing and final assembly of a wide variety and sizes of accumulators and accessories. Responsibilities:

  • Performs deburring, detailing, assembly and test of accumulators.
  • Performs duties to complete and file inspection and test reports.
  • Maintains all tools and assembly equipment and report any malfunctions.
  • May perform or assist with product final operations which includes but are not limited to painting, rust preventing, packing, and crating.
  • Works from drawings, parts lists, specifications and instruction manuals. Uses basic shop mathematics and a variety of inspection tools, gages which require interpretation in various applications.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Ability to work effectively with others and be a participative team player.
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds regularly. Lift assistance required to be used at 41 pounds or more.
  • Requires the use of complicated drawings, specifications, charts, tables, and handbook formulas.
  • Requires the use of general mathematics.
