Description: The primary objective of the position is to assemble a variety of products, meeting quality and productivity goals, within a manufacturing-production work environment. This person would work closely with fellow team members, the area Lead, and the supervisor to achieve team performance, quality, and deliverables goals.Assemble a variety of products according to standard work instructions and blueprints.Operate and setup (as needed), production equipment/fixturesBecome proficient at multiple assembly tasks while meeting requirements for workmanship, safety, quality, and productivityProperly complete manufacturingProduction documentation. Initiate basic material requests, report quality issues, report efficiency, record measurements as needed. May report work order information into a computer.Maintain the accuracy of identification and count of point-of-use material.Accurately determine and report material.Follow all corporate, regulatory, safety and manufacturing-production policies and procedures.Perform other duties as assigned.Requirements: Job RequirementsCapable of lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds as necessary for job duties.Capability to maintain a standing position for extended durations when required for job tasks.Proficiency in the skillful use of commonly utilized hand tools, with an added advantage if possessing prior experience in grinding/soldering tasks.Ability to read and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos.Capacity to accommodate overtime work when required.Required QualificationsMinimum 3 years of hands-on experience in assembling operations.Experience in interpreting and adhering to blueprints and familiar with technical terminologyAbility to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees, supervisors, or engineersAuthorization to work in the US.PI1cbf5294faf5-37448-#######1
