ASSEMBLER - Therma-Stor : Job Details

Who We Are Therma-Stor LLC, located in Madison, Wisconsin, was established in 1977 as a manufacturer of residential and professional-grade climate control equipment and flood restoration tools. We are looking to expand our Team! Therma-Stor with 43 years of product development is looking to expand its industry segments and portfolio. What You'll Do

• Work in an assembly setting assembling, wiring and configuring parts according to work instructions, using hand tools.
• Focus on quality and quantity goals and reach these goals on a daily basis.
• Work on a variety of assembly lines, learning each product as needed, based on production needs.
• Work with supervisor, assistant foreman, group leaders to carry out instructions and direction.

Who You Are

• 2-3 years demonstrated success in working in an assembly or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Possess High School diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read work instructions and apply instructions outlined.
• Able to learn multiple tasks on multiple assembly lines by reading work instructions, viewing training videos and through hands on training.
• Experience in working with hand tools such as drills, etc.
• Able to stand in one spot for 10 hours per day.
• Possess manual dexterity in using hand tools, wiring and putting parts together.
• Successful experience in working in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated success in working with a variety of individuals on a daily basis including co-workers, supervisors, managers, etc.
• Demonstrated reliability and punctuality.
