Assembler - Newell Brands : Job Details

Work as part of a team having responsibility for moving freight, stock, or other materials. Manufacturing Handlers support the productivity of manufacturing operations by safely operating a forklift or other industrial vehicle to move product, materials, or equipment. Key Responsibilities: Move freight, stock, or other materials to and from storage or production areas, leading docks, delivery vehicles, or containers by hand or using forklifts or other industrial vehicles. Read and attach identifying tags to containers, material, or product packaging, or mark them with identifying information. Conduct regular inspections of manufactured goods to ensure product meets quality standards, reporting any defects to the quality team and/or supervisor. Use operator computer to update, track and record inventory, materials, or finished goods.
