ABOUT THE JOB

Assist in the assembly of basic folding walls, working to gain a further understanding of the Company's products and operations.

YOUR ROLE:

* Assemble custom folding glass walls, windows, and doors, in alignment with the production schedule

* Manufacture high quality panels in a safe manner, which meets or exceeds specific efficiency goals

* Visually check parts and/or glass for scratches, dings, and dents prior to assembly

* Proactively communicate when your jobs are ahead or behind schedule

* Provide feedback, as needed, to help the team standardize details and assembly drawings

* Follow all necessary procedures for glass handling, including proper operation of the overhead crane when needed

* Handle and lift all material carefully to minimize scratches to material surrounding job carts

* Notify the Lead team member/Supervisor of any issues encountered (missing subcomponents, damaged material, etc.)

* Provide suggestions for continuous improvement within the department
