Assembler - QPS Employment Group : Job Details

Position Title: Assembler Wage: $18.00/hourShift: 1st Hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Monday - Friday) Join a company that is family owned and prides themselves of work-life balance by always having Sundays off with this Assembler position. This is a 1st shift position located in Lake Mills, IA.Assembler Responsibilities:- Inspect cabinet parts to ensure quality of product and notifying lead of unacceptable quality- Operate and maintain machinery by following specific direction as given by cut/bore/shape lead- Ready parts based on instructions on production paperwork- Utilize production log to ensure proper order sequence- Operate and maintain spray guns, booths, and pumps by following specific direction as given- Complete rework/remake tickets- Operate forklift (after training by the client)- Assist with shipping and receivingRequirements For Assembler:- Able to lift up to 50lbs throughout an 8 to 12 hour shift- Prolonged standing for 8hr - 12hr shifts- Repetitive bending, squatting, reaching, lifting, twisting throughout 8 to 12 hour shifts- Able to read a tape measure- Able to do basic math and matching- Computer skills are a plus- High School Diploma or GED preferredQPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the Midwest.
