Assembler - Rhino Tool House : Job Details

Job Summary: Assembly of mechanical weldments and pneumatic components to build material handling equipment for all industries.Essential functions:1.) Familiar with reading blueprints for mechanical assembly2.) Assembly of steel fabricated parts using fasteners.3.) Plumbing of pneumatic assemblies after fabrication and paint4.) Assembly of components using fasteners and fittings5.) General housekeeping of work areaAdditional activities:1.) Fabricate steel using magnetic drills, hand tapping and grinding2.) Transport steel and assemblies using forklifts and overhead cranes3.) Assist shipping/receiving with steel and component receiving when requested4.) Clean components for painting when requestedJob Qualifications:1.) Must have own hands tools2.) Blueprint reading a plus3.) Pneumatic assembly experience a plus4.) Previous use of power tools (Magnetic drill, taps, drills, hand grinders, etc.)5.) Previous forklift experience6.) Previous overhead crane experience7.) Hand tool use8.) Good written and oral communication skills9.) Flexible work schedule and over time work ability
