Job Title: Electronic PCB Assembler
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to assemble and inspect electronic PCB boards. The role involves producing quality products through manual assembly processes, including stuffing, hand assembly, mechanical assembly, and soldering (both lead and lead-free). The assembler will also be responsible for testing electronic assemblies and ensuring they meet workmanship standards.
Responsibilities
Produce quality products using manual assembly processes such as stuffing, hand assembly, mechanical assembly, and soldering (lead and lead-free).
Inspect products to ensure they meet workmanship standards.
Test electronic assemblies to verify functionality.
Follow appropriate quality policies and procedures.
Perform work to meet efficiency and utilization standards.
Participate in Continuous Improvement and Lean activities, supporting change and identifying ways to improve processes and efficiency.
Build products as directed by the Team Leader/Supervisor.
Essential Skills
Experience in assembly, soldering, and working with PCBs.
Ability to use hand tools and read schematics.
Basic data entry skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Some manufacturing or production experience is preferred.
Successful completion of IPC Component Identification course (to be completed upon hire).
Successful completion of IPC Workmanship standards exam (to be completed upon hire).
A great attitude and willingness to learn.

Work Environment
You will be working in a custom manufacturing environment for PCBs, with a focus on maintaining high-quality parts and quick turnarounds. The small shop consists of 50-60 employees working over three shifts.
