**Job Title: Assembler**
**Job Description**
We are looking for individuals who are mechanically inclined or have manufacturing experience to join our team as an Assembler. We are willing to train the right candidates. As an Assembler, you will perform layout assembly and soldering of wires. You will be given drawings and work instructions to assemble products such as cable harnesses, thermocouples, sensors, and satellite heaters.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform layout assembly and soldering of wires.
+ Read and interpret drawings and work instructions.
+ Assemble products including cable harnesses, thermocouples, sensors, and satellite heaters.
+ Utilize hand tools for assembly tasks.
+ Ensure dependability and good communication throughout tasks.
+ Work with electronic wire assembly.
+ Meet production goals.
**Essential Skills**
+ 1 year of manufacturing experience.
+ 3 months or more of assembly experience.
+ Proficiency in soldering.
+ Ability to read and interpret work orders and drawings.
+ Basic computer skills.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with microscope soldering and brazing is a plus.
+ Good communicator.
+ Dependable and reliable.

**Work Environment**
Our work environment is clean, fairly quiet, and supportive with over 100 employees at the facility. You will have autonomy in your work, whether standing or sitting, and the opportunity to use headphones. Join a team of around 36 assemblers who report to the production supervisor. The environment is production-oriented with clear goals to be achieved.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Branford, Connecticut.
