To help accomplish this mission the Assembler provides technical and production support and related functions specific to assembly operations. Researches, develops, and improves production processes, methods, and systems for products, facilities, fixtures, tooling, equipment, and/or materials. The ideal candidate will ensure technical outcomes are consistent with established engineering principles and practices and that customer and company technical, system, performance, and quality requirements are met.

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have mechanical knowledge and experience working in a warehouse environment.

**Duties:**

  • Handle all tools, equipment, inventory and other company property with care
  • Understand torque values
  • Understand the difference in fasteners
  • Adjust spring tensions, spacing, and alignment
  • Handle a large range of component parts and maintain accurate inventory of components in the assembly and kitting work centers
  • Considerable adjusting, aligning, and fitting to very close tolerances and strict inspection standards
  • Kitting components into small boxes and crates using quality check sheets to ensure accuracy of kit contents.

**Experience/Skills:**

- Previous experience in assembly or a related field is preferred - Proficiency with power tools and hand tools - Mechanical knowledge - Experience working in a warehouse setting - Proficiency with power tools and hand tools

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
