If this sounds like a job you'd love, apply now!Responsibilities•Cultivating relationships, with a view to helping every family member or individual pursue financial security.•Assist current policyholders during the insurance claims process while overseeing existing insurance claims•Onboard incoming and retain existing clients via a variety of customer service tasks, such as appointment booking, and responding to inquiries regarding billing, coverage, eligibility, and insurance policies•Identify new client insurance needs, insurance risk, goals, current coverage, and financial situation by scheduling meetings for new customers, ensuring a personalized experience•Manage electronic and paper records and ensure all contracting paperwork is kept current•Grow new business by generating a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products via networking, asking for referrals, cold calling, and other marketing strategiesQualifications•Sales experience preferred - enterprising mindset, no mile too far.•Desire to help families and businesses to Be Good At Life. •Bilingual Language preferred, Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean, Portuguese, etc.•Background in the health insurance or life insurance industries preferred•Current Life & Health insurance license is greatly valued•Customer service or experience as a sales representative are highly valued•Excellent verbal and written communication skills required•Must have graduated high school or received GED, a Bachelor's degree is desired
