Assembler - Nesco Resource, LLC : Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Perform repetitive, non-complex tasks requiring basic skill and accuracy in lamp assembly or wire/harness areas.
• Ensure product quality during operations.
• Complete tasks such as:
  • Testing, greasing, sonic/vibration welding
  • Hand pinning, wire cutting/stripping, splicing
  • Harness prep, molding plugs, tap machine operation
• Engage in tasks requiring physical effort and visual focus.

Requirements:

• Sit/stand for up to 10 hours.
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.; push/pull heavy containers.
• Rotate assignments with varied conditions.
• Perform repetitive fine manipulation and visual inspection.
• Use hand tools (e.g., wire cutters, crimpers, soldering irons).
• Bend, twist, and work at various heights.

10 Hour Shifts: Monday through Thursday 1st: 4am to 2:30pm2nd: 2:30 pm to 1:00 amOvertime: Mandatory overtime on Fridays, with 1 Mandatory Saturday a month.Pay: $15.00 per hourGreat Benefits upon client hire including Medical, Dental, HSA, Vision, 401k and more!
