Position Title: AssemblerWage: $16.00/hourShift: 1stHours: 4:30AM - 2:30PM (Monday - Thursday)Join our team in Brillion, WI as an Assembly Operator responsible for safely operating machinery and tools while assembling outdoor power equipment. You'll work in a fast-paced, team environment with opportunities to grow and develop your skills. Apply now!Assembler Responsibilities:- Operate machines and tools to meet production standards- Assemble outdoor power equipment using hand and power tools- Work as part of a team to achieve daily production goals- Load and unload parts onto paint line from bins- Assist with moving parts from one area to another- Engage in problem-solving to address any production issues- Maintain a clean and safe work environmentRequirements For Assembler:- Ability to stand for 10 hours a day and perform repetitive tasks- Physically capable of bending, twisting, turning and performing tasks above the head- Ability to lift up to 35lbs at varying frequencies- Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to use hands in a fast-paced assembly process- A team player with strong communication skills and a desire for personal growthQPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
