ABR Employment is looking for a Production Assembler in Madison, WI!Join Our Team as an Assembler!We are looking for hardworking and reliable individuals to join our production team as Assemblers. In this role, you will play a key part in manufacturing quality products while operating machinery, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring smooth production processes. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants to be part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.Schedule: Monday Thursday, 3:15 PM 1:15 AMPay: $18.00Location: Madison, WIWhat Youll Do:

• Operate production line machinery and computers
• Troubleshoot equipment and perform minor repairs when needed
• Conduct quality checks and ensure products meet specifications
• Make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality
• Perform equipment changeovers and follow Standard Operating Procedures
• Maintain raw material supply using a forklift (certification required)
• Communicate effectively with teammates across shifts and departments
• Keep work areas clean and organized for safety and efficiency
• Follow all safety guidelines, including proper lockout procedures

What Were Looking For:

• Basic knowledge of operating machinery and equipment
• Ability to read and follow Standard Operating Procedures
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Forklift certification (provided onsite; requires a valid drivers license)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift 75 lbs or more and perform physical tasks such as walking, standing, kneeling, and crouching

Work Environment:

• Work areas may be hot, cold, or dusty, depending on conditions
