Job Type: Full-Time. Shift: Day Shift. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM. Pay Range: $18.37 to $19.55 per hour.What We Offer:

Position Summary: Assembler is responsible for the accurate and efficient assembly of bearings and related components. The assembler will perform tasks such as fitting, aligning, and adjusting parts to meet precise tolerances. Additionally, the role involves perform inspections for defects, ensuring quality, and operating hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment as needed. The ideal candidate will prioritize safety, quality, productivity, and customer service. Job Responsibilities:
  • Uses computer to access component specifications for assembly tasks.
  • Collect required parts (cages, inner and outer races, rollers, cones, pins, etc.) and ensure they meet specifications.
  • Inspects components for cosmetic defects before assembly.
  • Clean parts using mild solvents to remove contaminants.
  • Operate machinery such as manual drills, riveters, polishing lathes, and hand tools during assembly.
  • Use measuring instruments, such as dial indicators and thickness gauges, to verify the alignment and tolerance of parts.
  • Manually test assembled bearings and record serial numbers and internal clearances.
  • Enter job information into the computer system.
  • Package, wrap, and label assemblies for shipping per customer specifications.
  • Operate a lift truck when necessary.
  • Read and interpret shop drawings, follow job routers, and perform basic math calculations involving decimals and fractions.
  • Use wrenches, gauges, and micrometers to verify measurements.
  • Perform basic computer functions.
  • Understand how bearing components interact and function together.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and equipment.
  • Follow all safety protocols and company policies, including wearing required safety glasses and steel-toed shoes on the production floor.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US.
  • Must be willing to work required overtime.

  • Strong mechanical skills.
  • Self-motivated with excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
