The role requires adherence to safety, cleanliness, and company policies, while collaborating within a team environment under the direction of a coordinator or supervisor.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble and package medical products by reading product specifications, verifying components, and using methods like bonding, crimping, and heat sealing (80%).
- Assist in rework and collaborate with quality/materials groups for trimming or sorting components (10%).
- Complete and understand documentation required for compliance with company policies, FDA, and QSR standards (5%).
- Collaborate and communicate effectively within a team environment (5%).
Required Qualifications- High School education or equivalent.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read/write in English.
- Ability to handle small components and perform work transactions with bar code scanning where applicable.
Preferred Qualifications- Some clean room or medical packaging experience.
Physical Demands- Ability to lift and handle materials up to 35 lbs.
- Must be able to perform duties while standing or sitting for the entire shift, depending on role.
