About the Role As a Production Assembler, you will play a vital role in the daily processing of our medical kits, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for:
- Building new medical kits according to precise specifications.
- Refurbishing existing kits, meticulously inspecting, and replacing components.
- Following detailed work instructions and utilizing our systems effectively.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Maintain all client information that may be encountered directly or indirectly while performing the job in strict confidence with HIPAA and any other pertinent confidentiality regulations.
Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
