Job Description :
Drug testing required at onboarding Shift to start: Mon - Sat (6 days a week), 5am - 2pm, with overtime (strongly need someone who can work overtime) Pay Rate- $23/hr. Job Description Individual Contributor in charge of performing, within his / her area of technological specification, tasks in the manufacturing process in accordance with the manufacturing documentation and the time allocated, using the resources available (including conventional and/or digital machine tools) and inspects his / her own work . Skills: Top 5 must haves:

  • basic knowledge in assembly (computer screens) - manufacturing assembly electronic drawings/instruction forms
Experience
  • 4 years working in an industrial manufacturing environment
  • min of 3 years working in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control department
  • Has performed process and/or quality system audits
  • Manual dexterity skills.
  • bility to communicate and follow the manufacturing process Instruction in English.
  • Previous knowledge (one + year) of electronic sub-assemblies & system integration.
  • Be able to lift up to 15-30 pounds. Manual dexterity skills.3 years of experience using of mechanical inspection tools (caliper, ruler, scales, etc)
  • Prior experience reading two dimensional drawings to create article inspection report
  • Prior expertise performing process audits and assessments
s main missions:
  • Performs Manufacturing operations in accordance with the associated documentation and the time allocated, using the resources available
  • Is responsible for complex work and rework at unit and component level
  • Chooses and implements suitable methods, resources and procedures;
  • Brings support to the operators;
  • Initializes and manages continuous improvement actions in and around his/her area;
  • Performs final inspection duties when requested in accordance with drawings, EOs and any other regulatory requirement pertaining to the product. Activity of Control during manufacturing phases:
  • Performs, under delegation, the control operations after manufacturing
  • Review the cause / root analysis and proposes first proposals of Quality Notification (QN) actions.
  • Inspect components, assemblies and laboratory test setups in accordance with design drawings or test procedures based on the guidelines or drawings that have been provided to them.
  • Technician performing complex work requiring a high level of technicality in one domain and able to take initiatives in the choice and the implementation of suitable methods, resources and procedures, applying a broad knowledge of the concerned domain
  • Check and alert on problems relative to existing methods, tools and techniques toward the Manager.
  • Reach objectives and deliver results that have a mid & long term direct impact on production unit/function overall results.
  • Explain facts, practices, and deploy policies, etc. to others within the production areas in the domains and techniques relative to the concerned perimeter.
  • Confirm all QN transactions are complete and closed
  • Confirm all QN tasks have been completed and signed
  • Confirm all elements of the QN have been completed and signed.
  • Liaise with internal and external customers for product release activities.
  • Update various reports / whiteboards with escalations
  • Liaise with RMA Team Leaders and operators on quality issue resolution
  • Review and report any discrepancies of Manufacturing process documentation to Production Team Leaders.
  • Raise NC's and CAR's as required on non-conforming products/processes.
  • Ensure build standards are maintained and the required documentation is maintained.
  • Preparation and distribution of Quality reports and tracking charts and documents as required.
