Position Title: Assembly – 1st ShiftWage: $16.00/hour (With $1/Hour Raise Every 6 Months)Shift: 1stHours: 6:00am – 2:30pmJoin our team in Brillion, WI as an Assembly Operator responsible for safely operating machinery and tools while assembling outdoor power equipment. You'll work in a fast-paced, team environment with opportunities to grow and develop your skills. No manufacturing experience needed – we welcome English and Spanish-speaking candidates. Apply online today!You can also apply at our weekly hiring event at the Chilton Public Library every Monday from 2:00pm – 4:30pm!Assembly Responsibilities:- Operate machines and tools to meet production standards- Assemble outdoor power equipment using hand and power tools- Work as part of a team to achieve daily production goals- Assist team members in other areas when needed to meet targets- Engage in problem-solving to address any production issues- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors- Maintain clean and safe work environmentRequirements for Assembly:- Able to stand for 10 hours a day and perform repetitive tasks- Able to bend, twist and reach throughout shift- Able to lift up to 50lbs at varying frequencies- Able to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): bump hats, steel-toe boots (required on the first day), earplugs, resistant gloves, and safety goggles- Strong hand-eye coordination in a fast-paced assembly process- A team player with strong communication skills and a desire for personal growth
