About The Position Safe Fleet is seeking an experienced Assembly Cell Lead to oversee the assembly process within our manufacturing facility. This role is critical in ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining quality standards and fostering a safe and efficient work environment. The Assembly Cell Lead will be responsible for coordinating team activities, providing hands-on support, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.Responsibilities:

Requirements
